RHINO Refurbish Tire Lift Program
- Entire unit is disassembled and inspected for worn and/or broken parts
- Welds are thoroughly inspected by certified welding inspectors
- All wearable items are replaced with new components
- All safety pins and lanyards replaced with new
- Ratchet Jack is performance cycle tested, re-greased and bushings are replaced
Testing
- Completed unit is performance tested to full weight capacity; lower and raised measurement's
- Repainted to meet military specifications and MIL standards
- Safety tolerance tested for proper engagement and lock-ability
- Commercial packaged
